Luv ya'll bunches!!!
-Jenna Rose
(serves 3)
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 heads of romaine washed and split/cut in
half length wise
1 pound of grape tomatoes quartered
- 1 cucumber peeled and diced
- 6 TBS of yogurt based blue cheese dressing (I recommend using Bolt House brand it is tasty and doesn't have one of those weird different from the original flavors like most yogurt based dressings do)
- Sea salt, and pepper to taste
Also delicious served with a hard cooked (hard boiled) egg either served on the side or chopped and crumbled on top! :)
Directions!
First wash all vegetables, wash the head of romaine thoroughly but as a full head of lettuce don't pull it apart or cut it up, next take a knife (with parental advisory if necessary) and split the heads of romaine lettuce in half length wise. Lay the entire split lettuce heads separately on plates and the prepare the rest of the toppings.
Take the tomatoes and rinse them, and cut them into quarters (four pieces), place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl and then take your cucumber, you don't need to wash it because you will be peeling it. Next you want to peel the cucumber and slice of the tips, next dice cucumbers into ruff pieces and add them to the bowl of tomatoes, add your salt and pepper to taste into the tomatoes and cucumbers and then stir, serve the mix equally on all three heads of lettuce, next split the 6 TBS of dressing between the three plates (2 TBS is one serving) and serve!!! ;) Pour some Ice tea into a glass and enjoy your delicious dinner!!
Oh and by the way this is what your plate will look like the finished product!
